Refunds are only applicable if payment has been made for a service that has not been completed.
2. Service Exchange
If you are unable to complete a paid service, you may exchange the unused portion of the payment for another service offered at Allied NP Primary Care. The exchanged service must be of equal or lesser value.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not applicable for:
● Completed services.
● Products purchased, such as skincare or wellness supplements.

● Provide proof of payment and details of the unused service.
● Refunds will be processed within 14 business days if eligible.
